\/>KA1\u00a0\u2013 Mobilit\u00e9 du personnel de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des adultes<br \/>Coordinator<\/h5><h5>INCLUSIVE CREATIVE PRACTICES<\/h5><p>\u201cPratiques Cr\u00e9atives Inclusives\u201d is a two years project led by three partners: Samba R\u00e9sille (FR) the coordinator, Brouhaha International (UK) et Dunya Foundation (NL).<\/p><p>It\u2019s a project in the field of adult education in line with the European Strategy 2020, which goal is to qualify Samba R\u00e9sille\u2019s staff with its two partners, thanks to 109 individual mobilities, organized in training courses, structured classes and seminars.<\/p><p>The three partners are cultural organizations programming creative actions, at local and international levels. They use the artistic work as a tool to facilitate personal and professional fulfillment of their target audience and social inclusion for the most vulnerable.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Together, they worked on a planning of activities built on three modules:\n\u2013 Manage and strengthen creativity\n\u2013 Build creative paths\n\u2013 Develop creative territories<\/p><p>The participants were included in the operational teams of the Liverpool International Carnival, and were able to participate in lots of tasks: planning coordination, technical assembly of the floats, sounds and lights of the stages, digital communication, reception of the audience, partners\u2019 events, safety of the sites, dance and music master classes, costume and mobile sets construction workshops, structured classes on the \u201cArts awards certification\u201d and experimentation in test modules, seminars and meetings with cultural entrepreneurs and tourism operators, analysis of results of socio-educational actions led besides the Liverpool and Rotterdam international carnivals.<\/p><p>These numerous learnings allowed the participants to capitalize skills, social skills, knowledge, savoirs-faire, fitting with the development and the intertionalization of Samba R\u00e9sille, which aim is to become in 2020 a European resource center of creative actions.<\/p><p>The participants strengthened their cultural sensibility, their social skills and dexterity, their digital culture, their civic skills, their feeling of a European citizenship, they improved their linguistic skills, their cultural expression and their communication skills, they developed their managerial, interpersonal and technical skills proper to the cultural and creative fields, and their analytic abilities on the inclusion of the immigrant population. They strengthened their spirit of initiative and learned about the professional opportunities in culture at the international level.<\/p><p>The steering committee of the project gathered the administrators and the employees of the three organizations and planned the tools and the procedures for the whole project, thanks to a longitudinal, appreciative and participant evaluation, to guarantee a full participation of all the stakeholders to measure the results, the changes and impacts of the project, to make understandable their dissemination and to guarantee its durability.<\/p><p>The results of the project have been transmitted to the members of the organizations who were unable to benefit from the learning mobilities, but also to other stakeholders, NGOs or institutions. BI\u2019s work covers youth arts engagement, international exchanges, meetings, trainings and capacity building initiatives for young people and workers at a national and international level. The organizations main aim is to support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in their social, cultural, personal and professional development. It exists since 1986. In 30 years, it developed an expertise in the field of artistic production, management of international cultural events, and artistic promotion through creative arts.\n\nAs an independent agency, DF acts in several creative fields, and became the manager of big festivals in the Netherlands.\n\nFor DF, arts and culture are the necessary ingredients to positively expose the public to the dynamism of the cultural diversity in the urban space of a big European metropole, as Rotterdam is.\n\nThis is how DF manages a cultural project producing big international events in artistic trans-disciplinary fields offering spaces of dissemination in public space, with the goal to work on the inclusion of all the local publics and the reputation of Rotterdam at the international level, to increase the quality of the touristic offer and business opportunities.\n\nWith this dual approach, DF works on the creation of professional opportunities for cultural operations in relation with institutional, economic and social stakeholders, supporting the communities of Rotterdam, Dutch citizens coming from the Netherlands Antilles, who face obstacles to socially and professionally integrate in the society, and the LBGTQ community, through artistic and socio-educational actions.\n\nDF organizes also every year, since 1984, the Summer Carnival of Rotterdam. The Carnival puts the spotlight in the Caribbean and South America, and has a parade measuring several kilometers, a competition of drumming bands, the election of the Carnival Queen, and concerts in the whole city.\n\nIn 2012, DF decided to gather the teams of the 2 events to reunite their objectives and strengthen the organization of the artistic, social and educational actions. This allowed the creation of a third event, \u201cRotterdam Unlimited\u201d, with the idea that the 2 festivals could be stronger together creating new opportunities, capitalizing the strengths and mutualizing the costs. The focus is on the new hybrid arts, mixing cultural traditions and digital arts, and putting DF on a process of non-formal training on technological skills. The moment we expected is finally here. After enjoying a break, the day before, all the artists can finally show us what they created during these moments of collaboration.\n\nChronicle of this day\n\n9:30 am : The parade participants gather in the courtyard to walk to the City Centre of Arts. The rain is also present during the walk, but decides to let us enjoy the rest of the day. Sheltered in the City Centre of Arts, the participants put their costumes on and apply some make up. The living colors sparkle in the lobby. We are all mixed, reunited with the theme \u201cStreet life\u201d: some signals here, some fruit baskets there\u2026 The costumes made by Mandy and her team are beautiful et illustrate perfectly what we can imagine about the Caribbean.\n\n11:30 am : we slowly take possession of the street waiting for the start. Lined up like toy soldiers on Bold Street, we work on the details: the dancers stretch, the children eat, the musicians try not to play, except for Samba R\u00e9sille band, which starts to play to warm the procession with Samba rythme. Meanwhile, Kalentura, bateria from the Netherlands, costumed as police officers, is getting more and more ready to parade\u2026\n\n12:30 pm : The rain finally stops, the sky is cloudy but does not worry the audience, Brouhaha volunteers are on the lookout, the start is imminent\u2026 At 1:00, we are leaving!! The procession is pretty packed in at the beginning, the rhythms of baterias are mixing during the first meters. The large Bold Street with redbrick reminds us our city\u2026 We are playing at home!\n\n2:00 pm : the audience is dispersed but every spectator wants to record memories, smartphones in hands, of this colorful multicultural and pluri-artistic procession, bringing to the streets unexpected energy in this Saturday afternoon. On our passing, people are delighted. They smile, they look at the troubadours passing with an amazed look. Children are speechless, the adults too. After Europe, the steet is ours!\n\nEngagement, collaboration, performance, celebration: those are the values that Brouhaha international wants to promote during this event. The artists are offering amazing collaborations, sometimes in apparently apart worlds: hip hop dance and Commedia Del Arte, or slam and batucada. Every one of us put a positive energy in it and a real sense of performance and party. And this is really what we have to remember. Because even if the audience was small on this 9th of July, we will remember the desire to share and contribute to a beautiful collective experience that we won\u2019t forget! les industries culturelles apportent une contribution notable en termes de cr\u00e9ations d\u2019emplois et de richesses \u00e9conomiques et sociales de par leurs capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler dans la transversalit\u00e9 faisant du secteur cr\u00e9atif \u00ab un outil essentiel dans une politique de sortie de crise \u00bb. \u00ab Pratiques cr\u00e9atives inclusives \u00bb est un projet conduit par Samba R\u00e9sille (FR) en partenariat avec Brouhaha International (UK) et Dunya Foundation (NL). Ces trois structures culturelles ont en commun l\u2019organisation de carnavals investis comme espaces de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, de c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la diversit\u00e9 culturelle, d\u2019inclusion sociale et professionnelle des publics les plus vuln\u00e9rables et de rayonnement des territoires o\u00f9 elles agissent. Le consortium, en r\u00e9ponse aux besoins de renforcement des comp\u00e9tences personnelles et professionnelles de son\u00a0 personnel impliqu\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation, formation et animation des adultes, a co-construit un programme autour de stages d\u2019observation, de cours structur\u00e9s et de s\u00e9minaires de formation. Ce programme planifie trois mobilit\u00e9s apprenantes distinctes lors de temps de mise en \u0153uvre de carnaval et d\u2019actions cr\u00e9atives, \u00e9ducatives et sociales qui ciblent des publics vuln\u00e9rables et autour des trois th\u00e8mes suivants : \u2022 g\u00e9rer et renforcer la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ;\u2022 construire les parcours cr\u00e9atifs ;\u2022 d\u00e9velopper les territoires cr\u00e9atifs. Le programme d\u2019activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9voit 41 jours de formations non formelles pour 71 mobilit\u00e9s individuelles. Il va permettre de renouveler les approches artistiques, techniques et manag\u00e9riales des participants et contribuera \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019internationalisation de toutes les parties prenantes. L\u2019approche p\u00e9dagogique singuli\u00e8re donne place \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, s\u2019adapte aux besoins des participants et int\u00e8gre les acquis d\u2019apprentissages exp\u00e9rientiels au travers de certifications num\u00e9riques novatrices. Elle permettra de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences linguistiques, num\u00e9riques, sociales et civiques, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019esprit d\u2019analyse, d\u2019initiative et d\u2019entreprise de 55 formateurs, animateurs et chefs de projets de Samba R\u00e9sille. Les mobilit\u00e9s apprenantes visent \u00e0 faire vivre une exp\u00e9rience positive aux participants favorable \u00e0 la diss\u00e9mination des bonnes pratiques et r\u00e9sultats du projet aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un public cible direct de 285 personnes parmi les personnels du partenariat et d\u2019un public cible indirect de 18100 personnes parmi leurs apprenants. Le comit\u00e9 de pilotage du projet rassemble les administrateurs et les salari\u00e9s des trois partenaires. Il a ventil\u00e9 et planifi\u00e9 tous les outils et proc\u00e9dures actives tout au long du cycle de vie du projet autour d\u2019une \u00e9valuation longitudinale, appr\u00e9ciative et participante. Outils qui garantissent une pleine participation de toutes les parties prenantes \u00e0 mesurer les r\u00e9sultats, changements et impact du projet, de rendre lisible sa diffusion et d\u2019en garantir sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9. Ce projet va permettre d\u2019identifier de bonnes pratiques transf\u00e9rables, localement et en Europe, qui contribueront \u00e0 sensibiliser les entreprises culturelles \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans la formation non formelle pour que leurs personnels gagnent en mobilit\u00e9 et perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 et que les pouvoirs politiques locaux comprennent l\u2019importance strat\u00e9gique du secteur culturel dans la cr\u00e9ation de richesses sociales et \u00e9conomiques. En effet, l\u2019\u00e9conomie culturelle, \u00e0 l\u2019aune de la mondialisation, conna\u00eet des changements en profondeur li\u00e9s aux nouveaux usages sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement libre des \u0153uvres cr\u00e9atives ayant pour cons\u00e9quence une baisse des ventes des produits et services culturels r\u00e9v\u00e9lant des besoins de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques des entrepreneurs culturels ; les march\u00e9s de diffusion du spectacle vivant restent toujours fragment\u00e9s par manque de comp\u00e9tences linguistiques des acteurs cr\u00e9atifs ; et les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019internationalisation localement connaissent un manque de concertation entre les pouvoirs politiques locaux et les entreprises culturelles. Ainsi, les activit\u00e9s de diffusion post-projet aupr\u00e8s du secteur culturel et des pouvoirs politiques locaux favoriseront la mise en place d\u2019actions concr\u00e8tes autour de strat\u00e9gies d\u2019internationalisation pragmatiques qui permettront d\u2019ouvrir des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019employabilit\u00e9 et de nouveaux march\u00e9s en Europe et dans le monde.
